what all properties of a report should I need to adjust so that report can be printed on single page

    What all the properties in a report we need to adjust so that when we see report in a report manager(browser) and export it into pdf ,excel. it should look like same.I created a report and deployed it .When I open that in browser It looked properly but when I exported it into pdf it was coming into (width vise)3 pages.I tried to adjust the report properties by going into report-->report properties-->layout and changed the page width and page height and then left margin and right margin.Even then report is coming in 3 pages.

    The settings you applied dictate the page sizing, it doesn't force your tables and graphs into those sizings... So if you have the A4 settings in the layout properties, you need to make sure your tables and graphs fall between those measurements. If you have a matrix table which once populated goes over the page width then it will go into another page. However this will export as just 1 page in excel.
