Dear All,
What actualy are "NDF" files..?
Why should we create this..? and how..?

NDF is the conventional file type extension name for secondary data files. Thus LDF's are the log data filse, MDF's are the primary data files and NDF's are the secondary data files.
Of course you do not have to actually follow this convention.
