I want to propose the next discussion:
Have you implemented, or know anybody who had implemented Full Text Search or Service Broker in SQL Server 2005/2008?

Yes.
Service Broker is necessary for DBMail, for example. Has other uses as well.

I played a bit with SSB .... monitoring is the big issue.
I use SSB to track some sqlserver events. (logins, failed logins)
I must state that in a single case of a heavy used instance, I didn't allow enough queue readers, and my admin db that should only be a couple of MB grew +90GB in two days !
I didn't get the permission to upgrade that server to sp3, but I think sp3 would fix this issue.
I haven't seen this issue on my sp3 instances.
