Weird behavior, content change in exported file (xls, pdf).

Hi, all
I made report that works fine once run in VS (2012), but when I export in into xls then I have different content, all my group name header coded as ReportItem start behave like First(ReportField), so I don't have proper group name on the page header.
My report read file made group by Vendor and made invoice style pages, with page break for each group.
I'm attaching photo that will help to illustrated this phenomenon.
I also will try to post my test rdl which is self contained and can be run on clean setup.

The only my guess that Export utility doesn't like ReportsItem!.
