Sufian, You cannot rollback a restore because it is a transaction.

Dear Mr.Phill,
I think before u post the comment read it. It doesnt matter what it will do with the administration .
If u dont know the answer then it would be better dont reply.
If u think that what it will do with administration then see what it do?
If u are restoring a database userdefined and by mistake u restored it on another database then what u will do?

Nothing wrong with the question you've asked, just that it doesn't have anything to do with Notification Services! A more appropriate forum would be SQL Server Administration

There is nothing you can do but find the most current backup and restore asap.
