Hi,
there are a lot of books on the market. For a general overview about the concepts I would suggest to read the books from Kimball. There is also a special book for SQL Server 2005 on the market.

There are a lots of Webcasts available from Microsoft about their data warehouse technologies. You could check msdn or search by google.

The Kimball Group website (http://www.kimballgroup.com) is also a great source for some fundamental articles.

The Channel9 Wiki has some great screen casts demonstrating how to accomplish a lot of the tasks with the SQL 2005 BI tools. It doesn't however explain conceptually to well what a DW is and why it makes sense. For that I would recommend turning to the Kimball group.

Hope this helps!

There are two compeating methodologies in the DW area and have been for a while. Kimbell with the Data Warehouse Lifecycle Toolkit and Inmon with the Corporate Information factory.
We covered both books in grad school and I use a hybrid method most of the time, but it is very useful to know both.
