I do have one question for you....do you know what URL you are at?
Asking for dumps for a certification test...not a good way to start off on this forum.
If you want to be a certified DBA for Oracle then yes take Oracle certification...but you are going to need more than dumps and books to pass those test.
If you want to be a certfied DBA for SQL Server then yes take SQL Server certification...again for SQL 2008 test you will need more than dumps, books will give you a good head start into the test.

Frankly speaking I hate dumps for any type of certification.

Just so you know, certification is unlikely to help you get hired or get started in a DBA job. In general, you're better off working your way in to a DBA job. Meaning, start at the support desk or in development and then once you have some skills start working with the DBAs and move into that position.

I agree w/ Grant. I started as a database developer. After establishing myself I made it known that I wanted to get some admin experience and got transitioned in.
