The exams for a new product don't normally come out until six months after its full release, so you are looking at about a year before the exams and the training materials come out. Therefore decide how long you want to wait before you go for qualifications.
I don't think there will be an upgrade test for MCDBA as they did not have one for SQL 7 to 2000, but I don't know for certain.
One other thing to decide is how relevant is Yukon to you current or next position? Being qualified on the latest product may not be useful if you are running SQL 7 and you end up forgetting half the stuff you learn.
Have fun studying

It would be better to wait for the Yukon MCDBA if you haven't already passed exams for the SQL2K MCDBA. The SQL2K exams will most likely not count for the Yukon certification. There is a 0.00001% chance of an upgrade test being offered to get SQL2K MCDBA's certified on Yukon, but other incentives may be offered.
If you have already invested considerable time and effort to pass at least one exam, then you should finish it. A lot of companies will be using SQL2K for many years after Yukon is released.
