if you want to automate the generation of scripts from the cmd line, I wrote a tool to do it. it's open source on codeplex:jezemine: I did take a quick look at this, but I could not figure out you could use it from a SQL command line?
when I say cmd line, I meant a DOS cmd line. it's a console app, like sqlcmd or osql.
scriptdb is not meant to be used from t-sql.
