Is there an easy way to import visual FoxPro dbf files into sql server 2012?
Older versions of sql 2012 had this as an option in the import export wizard.
I checked current sql 2012 express edition SSMS. no joy.

Do you have a copy of Access? You may need to use Access, pull it from FoxPro into that, and then import the Access database.
Beware of the numbers being changed. When it ultimately gets to SQL, the various numbers columns will likely be floats.

have you looked at the OLEDB provider for Visual Foxpro?

I have used that before to read Visual Foxpro files, and even files from the old FoxPro 2.6 for DOS

Good to know but it is not supported on current windows server releases.

I installed the driver on a Windows 10 and windows 7 pc. It blew up with a typically cryptic error message.
