What do you mean by resume?
Can you explain clearly what you've done, what the problem is and what help you need?

Tell your colleagues that they should check with people before restoring backups.

It's advisable to keep backup.
Also if you are in developmet you need to keep the backup of your SP. Or you can generate the script of the SP and keep it with you as a safer side.

Hi,
It is advisable to keep seperate backup of all Stored Procedures and Functions, so that they can be used whenever a case arise.
Also, sometimes the backup is of large size and it's not possible to restore it or it takes too much time to restore.
So, it always a safe to keep aside the backups of the SP's and Functions.
