  Hi, I don't know access or vb.net. i have a few very simple tables that users want to update via front end forms (in sql 2005 currently) with only a few hundred records in. I need to write a front end so users can enter info. can anyone help pls...

  it's very simple, just want them to be able to pick from drop downs, have input validated but i can't see a format of how to do it anywhere??

  do you think access for dummies/vb.net for dummies might be useful books?

  it will be good to learn some vb.net and then design your front end forms,if requires any help on the sql side you can post here.
