We are planning to implement SQL Svr in clustered environment and currently use Veritas for our Oracle databases. We would like to use Veritas if possible since we are already familiar with it. Has anyone had experience with SQL Server 2000 running on Veritas cluster software?

I'm running a DELL two-node active/passive cluster with 1100 GB of memory, 4 processor, 4 GB RAM and using Veritas Backup Exec 8.6 SANS version. I have licenses for two remote agents and two SQL Agents. My backups are currently done through Veritas, but I am testing using SQLs backup to go to disk and then have Veritas copy that file to tape. I'm backing up approx 1.5 GB of data (transaction logs) every 8 hours, 50 GB Differentials every night, and 147+ full backup every Friday night.
