Btw, the book is in my opinion a 'nice to know' surely no 'must have'.
Can't find the thread right now, but Antares686 proved the author wrong on his writing on 'phantom clustered indexes'

I downloaded the ebook the other day, have yet to read it but bits I did seemed fine. Like all things, its easy to pickup on the here-say bantered around forums and email lists unless you get in there and try it. Just a matter of time i suppose 🙂
