I'm reletively new to both VBS and .NET environment, so for sql 2005 I'd rather concentrate my efforts. My question is: for sql 2005 SMO and other admin tasks should I focus on VBS or C#/VB.NET ??
Whichever you are more comfortable with. For your own work, or with a small group, I don't think it matters much. For 2005, since most things are SMO NET assemblies, I'd think you'd want to work with a .NET language.
