  I AM NOT A RECRUITER!  Please do not reply to this thread unless you are truly interested as I do not have the time to mess with people "just looking".  This is for my wife's company in the Rockville / Bethesda area of Maryland.  They need a VERY good VB.Net programmer. 

  Please let me a know a brief history of your experience and I will contact you if it looks like a potential fit.  DO NOT SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE.  

  I am nervous about doing this as I have a full time job and do not want to spend a great deal of time on this, but this site has benefitted me so much in my professional area, I figured it would be a good place to look for someone in this field as well.   

  Let's see what happens over the next few days... Maybe we will both benefit...

  HB1 visa may be a possibility. 

  This is a sizeable company with very good financing, so it should be around for the long run...

  Competency and a 'fit with the existing personnel' will be paramount.
