Variable Scope in SSIS

    Hi..

    I Want to Change variable scope in SSIS i am using BI for VS2005

    Is there anyone to help me ?

    i haven't been able to find a way to change the scope after a variable has been created, and such am forced to delete the incorrectly-scoped variable and recreate it, ensuring the focus of the package is on the container to which i want to scope this variable.

    i'd be interested to hear if there is a way of easily changing scope after a variable has been created.

    At present there is no way to change the scope of the variable once its created from the UI. The only way is to delete and recreate the varaible with your pointer in the right location.

    Microsoft [see this From MS Connect ]might be adding this feature later but for now its the hard way.
