Can I use SQL Management Studio 2008 (32 bit) to manage 64 bit database engine?
Thank you.

Don't see why not. I'm using the 32-bit version of SSMS for SQL Server 2005 to manage x64 installations of SQL Server 2005. Should be the same with SQL Server 2008.

Yes- it works fine.
All our developers use 32 bit SSMS to connect to 64bit SQL 2008 server.
