  In my memory, SQL 2000 SP4 has a bug, limiting the max usage of RAM to 2 GB. Its later hotfix fixes the bug.

  In SQL 2005, do we have to enable /3 GB and /PAE switch?

  Links, resources, and ... are more than welcome.

  Any input will be greatly appreciated in advance.
