we want to use Ghost to roll out some remote servers and we would like to have our SQL database on the image. can a database be Ghosted? what changes need to be made after the image is installed.

SQL Server should really be installed after the computer name is changed, having said that
check the following link from MS

ensure each clone is prepped properly (new SID and computer name)

In answer to your question about imaging the database - yes it can be done. I wouldn't do it until after the computer name as been changed as stated by Perry. I wouldn't necessarily use it for anything more than the initial machine build.
