Using attributes and values together

    When using "for xml explicit" I am seemingly able to get whatever I want. However, I am missing how to do one thing:

    I would like to get something like this:

    So far I have figured out how to get:

    and

    and even:

    but NOT

    I know I must be missing something easy, but for the life of me can't tell what...

    I couldn't figure out how to remove the previous post. The answer to which is found
