Hoping someone can help, as I think I've got everything setup correctly, yet am experiencing problems.
I'm running SSRS 2008 on a Windows 2008 server using integrated security mode. At the site level I've granted access to an active directory group containing everyone in head office, the group has been given system user role.
Other security is set at the folder level, and this group has been granted the Browser role to all relevant folders.
When a user who is within the head office group and has logged onto the same network opens the report manager URL, they are prompted for their credentials, yet they are not accepted and cannot reach the report site.
Can anybody help with what I've done wrong in the security setup ?
Thanks.

I think Win2008 comes with different security and other requirements so check below for the docs.

Thats for local administration of the report server, if your logged into the Win2008 via remote desktop etc. I followed those steps a while back and dont have any problems in that regard.
The issue is a client connecting to the server. I have a suspicion that its got something to do with the SOE of the client PC's, but cant confirm that yet... I'm working on it.

We had to go into lan settings in IE to exclude the IP address even in 2005 so it maybe related.

Doh! I worked this out. I had to fully qualify the domain name in the URL to the report server.
Grrrr to the network guys.
