used size for datafile and log file

  how to find the datafile and log file used size and total size both together in a single window?

  is there any specific query to get all the result.?

  i know sp_spaceused gives for a single db..but i want for all db's in an instance..

  if anyone knows please post it asap..

  database name total allocated size for db used space for db

  test 200 MB 20 MB
