    I would like to know which algorithms is considered best for doing data mining.In which scenario clustering should be used or Neutral network should be used how to decide on that for data mining in real life data predictions.

    This is quite a broad question, which simply cannot be answered in a few sentences. I recommend you pick up a book about the subject. This one might be a good start:
