Your original question (which you deleted) was nearly as rude which, all things being considered, aren't very rude considering that you're doing something very important without having done the necessary research to ensure its success. How did you expect people to answer when you ask questions like "Is it a big thing"?

    Now, let's start over...

The answers on the other post are correct. It's not a "big thing" provided that you do an update after you've completed your installation. That's provided that you didn't get any error messages during the installation because you skipped over the updates.

Your original question ask if you skipped it, was it a big deal. The answer hasn't changed. It's not a big deal if there were no failures during your installation and you take the time to do the updates afterwards. That also implies that its not "only lists the updates" unless you specifically only said to list the updates. 😉

  • Is it possible to rerun the installation wizard just to check for the updates and run them

  • OK thanks and basically run them and just continue with the installation as if I'm just adding features to the db but don't add any , yea?
