use Domain user to Set transcation replication

    hi all

    is it neccessary to use Domain user to Set transcation replication

    You have to run the Service accounts under Domain User. You can use SQL User to set up rest of the replication but it is recommended to use Windows Authentication

    Roy is right. Use same domain account to set up replication to make it easy and simple, if login doesn't match between publishers, distributor and subscriber replication will break, believe me once replication starts break it is tough to fix.
