    I gave folder access to the user and deployed the report in that folder.

    the datasource and dataset connects very well to run the report with another user

    any idea?

    Quite common scenario. Permissions are set at two locations in Reporting Services, at the folder level and at the server level (top level view of reporting services web site). I guess you have not given the user any permission at the server level.
