are you looking for the potential for data loss?

    stolen credit card numbers?

folks who have access but don't?

    prorietary information?

    being "hacked"?

I guess that takes us back to my point. you have to decide what you think is at risk before you can analyze what needs to be protected.

spend a little time googling "database risk analysis", read what some other folks are reviewing, coding to protect, etc, and then if you have any questions on how to implement, post back here.
