But you are right, it will leave orphan subscriptions and schedules etc. littering the reportserver db so doesn't provide a very complete solution :blush:

Looks like the DeleteItem method would be the one to use inside an RS script file to remove all the related objects, but you would still need to iterate through all the folders and pass the path of every report to the method
The DeleteItem method not only deletes the specified item from the report server database, it also deletes additional items, such as the subscriptions, schedules, and snapshots that are associated with the item.

Probably still quicker to take the manual point and click route through ReportManager if you haven't worked with RS script before

Nope. First time I see such a requirement. The only thing I've ever read was the delete 1 single report just before deploying (parameter not getting updated correctly). But that's the only thing I've ever seen anywhere close to what you need to do, and it's NOT close at all.

Me neither, we just used ReportManager to administer reports but we never needed to do a bulk removal so it didn't matter too much having to do things one report at a time
