Hi,
I am trying to upgrade to SQL 2005 Standard 64b from version
"Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.3282.00 (X64) Aug 5 2008 00:48:00 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)"
This problem is I can't select MSSQLSERVER form the Feature Selection in the Service Pack 3 setup window. What do I need to do to be able to select it?
I already did some other upgrade without any problem.
Thanks for your help...

Ok, I was finally able to run the upgrade. I was going from SP2 (cu#9) to SP3.
Now my version is:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.4035.00 (X64) Nov 24 2008 16:17:31 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)
The build is OK ' 9.00.4035' but why I am still seeing 'Service Pack 2'? This seems to be strange, no?
Thanks

Simple answer. Yes.
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.4035.00 (X64) Nov 24 2008 16:17:31 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Standard Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2) -- This bolded part is refering to the Service Pack level of the Operating System, NOT SQL Server.
