Upgrading SqlServer 2000 STD to Sp4

  Hello comunity

  After installing SQLServer 2000 STD on my machine, i run the setup to upgrading the same to Sp4.

  After finishing the setup with sucess, when i run in query analyser

  Select @@version

  the service pack of this query maintain ....Service pack 1

  I restart my machine , but the result of query is the same.

  Is it normal or something is incorrect???

  Microsoft SQL Server  2000 - 8.00.2039 (Intel X86)  \tMay  3 2005 23:18:38  \tCopyright (c) 1988-2003 Microsoft Corporation \tStandard Edition on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 1)

  the you have upgraded to sp4.  The version of SQL Server is 8.00.2039 (sp4).  The Servoce Pack 1 reference is to Windows NT 5.2.
