Upgrading rdl file schemas in SSRS

  In process of upgrading SQL Server from 2005 to 2016 we find that some SSRS reports still work, while others do not.  For the ones that don't work, the solution is relatively simple -- we just open the report in Report Builder (from the SSRS Reports web UI) and then save it.  Easy peasy, it works after that.. however, we have MANY reports.

  So it seems just saving it, without even making any changes, will upgrade the schema to work with SSRS 13.  Is there a good way to automate this, or otherwise 'open and save' all RDLs found in SSRS at one time, so that they get upgraded?  The original reports are coming from SSRS 9 (SQL Server 2005)
