I saw this once before on here and I don't think its a problem, but are there any issues or gotchas with upgrading from the Developer version of SQL 2005 to the Enterprise version.

As per version and upgrade matrix on http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143393(SQL.90).aspx I don't think you will lend up in any problem.
