Hi All,
Getting below error when I am upgrading SQL Server 2016 RC3 to RTM.

But I did not find any validations. Attached is the snippet of error message.
Can you please help me on this.

As per this little message buried in the Supported Version Upgrade Paths documentation, it looks like you could be out of luck:
* Microsoft support to upgrade from release candidate software is specifically for customers who participated in the Technology Adoption Program (TAP).

Uninstall the RC (hope that it uninstalls cleanly) and install the RTM. The RCs don't always support upgrades, especially not to the final release version.
Personally I install CTPs and RCs into VMs and just recreate the VM when I get a new one.
