hello,
we currently have sql server 2008 as well as the SSIS and SSRS
1- should we upgrade to 2014?
if so, After upgrade
2- will the ssis packages (We have some automated to run) run without any required adjustments?
3- will the SSRS reports run without any required adjustments?
Any things else we should think about to see if it is worth upgrading please?
Thank you

hi arkiboys,
I can't speak for SSIS or SSRS adjustements but, there are a couple articles posted recently by Brent Ozar Unlimited that will help you with determining if the upgrade is a good idea or not:

For SSIS, there was definitely a change from 2008 to 2012. I upgraded my packages although I dont know if this was a requirement (dont know if they would not have run). you could have both SSIS 2008 and SSIS 2014 running side by side and migrate to SSIS 2014 on your own pace.
here is some more info on upgrading SSIS(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc879336.aspx) and SSIS packages (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc280546.aspx)
