Hello everyone
I have two dtx file SSIS develloper EN SSDT 2008 AND I'm going to migrate it in SQL2014
If I import these files through SSDT 2013 the files are well imported
then if I click on the button upgrade all package
i have this message
At least one package has to be selected for upgrade.

Have you tried upgrading the files that have been converted to 2013 to 2014 instead of directly migrating the 2008 files?

It sounds very close to what you are trying to accomplish.
There is also this article (https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/4253/backwards-compatibility-in-sql-server-data-tools-for-integration-services/) that provides a nice little bullet list of the SSDT version you need for a particular version of SQL Server and SSIS, in case you have an SSDT version mismatch.
