Upgrade 7 to 2K - how hard is it?

  We are upgrading our SQL7 to SQL2K on a development server. We want it to be our default instance. I used the Upgrade Wizard with good results when I upgraded my machine.

  Besides full backups on all system and user dbs, are there any pitfalls to using the Upgrade Wizard to upgrade SQL server in place?

  I'd like to hear the good, bad, and ugly...

  Are you upgrading an RTM version of SQL 7?  If so, there is a bug you should be aware of.  Other than this, we've had no problems at all.
