Upgradation sql 7.0 to 2005

    Hai,

    my manager is asking in our production environment we need to upgrade sql server 7.0 to sql server 2005 upgradation is required as per client requirement.... in DBA prospective what we need to gather the information from client to do this. what type of analysis is required.

    what are the pre-requisites for this?

    plz help me what to do ?
