Updating a String with an Apostrophe in it

  I have a description field that I need to update that has an apostrophe in it.  How do you update the field so it has single quotes around it? 

  Example:  'The child's cereal is too warm.'

  You can't just put single quotes around it.

  Just duplicate the inner quotes:

  'The child''s cereal is too warm.'

  note: '' is not double quotes (") is two single quotes(')
