I switched off the anti virus program and problem remains.

Could there be an issue with the Access runtime? I'm not that familiar with Access, but I do know that Access applications use that runtime engine even if the data is on a SQL Server.

I use stand alone notebook with SQL Server Express Edition SP2 (latest). 1GB RAM.
Probably disabling TCP/IP protocol helps. I must make more tests.

Solution or better to say workaround
I switched off all protocols except shared memory
