Unused Memory.

    hi every body. I have a server with Windows 2000 Advanced Server and Sql server 7.0 enterprise edition with sp4. I put in the Boot.Ini the swith /PAE.

    What can i do for sql server detects my 4GB of RAM ?

    Not quite sure what you mean here. How much RAM do you have on the machine? If you have more than 4GB then you can also use the /NOLOWMEM switch in the boot.ini. Not sure what the maximum RAM is you can use with SQL 7.0 though.
