  Drat, I was stupid/careless on this QotD.    I should answer the question asked instead os something slightly different.   I didn't include R-support  when I installed SQL Server on ly laptop, was saving that for when I properly understand all teh other stuff ab=nd forgot that "all features" includes R so needs the extra accept parameter.
