Hi,
I have configured the reporting service on my Server (SQL server 2008 R2) and MS server 2008 as OS and IIS server version is 6.0
But I cannot see the REports and Resportserver Url in IIS server for removing the credential to acces the URL in IE.
How can we view the Report server Virtual directory in IIS

The first question are you sure you are running IIS deployment based SSRS 2008 because in SQL Server 2008 and up you can use the file system which means there is no virtual directory. The reason you have IIS versions confused Windows 2008 comes with IIS 7 and Windows 2008 R2 comes with IIS 7.5. I am not running IIS 7 but in IIS 7.5 Windows authentication is disabled by default do you need to enable it before you can run SSRS because Windows authentication is required to run SSRS in IIS.
Kind regards,
