Unable to view databases

    Hello everyone,

    I'm hoping someone can help me here. For some reason, I'm unable to view databases in my console tree. But, I am told that the directory path and database are there on that server.

    Before the server was rebuilt, we were able to view all the databases.

    Do you think it could be a permission issue? We are a group of 3 and are part of the OLAP Administrators group.

    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Pete,

    I've not seen this before, but seeing as you mentioned 'rebuilt', I would suggest checking to ensure your server has had all SP's applied that had been applied prior to the rebuild.

    Also, was the repository restored correctly / at all?

    I just spoke to the systems administrator and he failed to install SP3.
