Unable to view cube data

    Hi,

    Am rather new to SQL Analysis services. I am still in the learning phase. I created a cube and processed it. Everything went on smoothly and the process was successful. But i am unable view the cube data!! When I choose 'Browse data' I got an error..

    I want to know what went wrong and how to resolve it. If any additional information is required, I can provide.

    Hello.

    Are you able to query the cube with MDX Sample Application?

    It seems that you have some corrupted data.

    Hi.

    MDX Sample Application is demo software that comes with Analysis Services.

    Start/Programs/Microsoft SQL Server/Analysis Services/MDX Sample Application

    1 - Start the Sample Application

    2 - Connect with your Analysis Services Server

    3 - Query your cube with MDX Select (look BOL for more information about MDX queries)

    4 - Check the result set, if your cube or database is corrupted then some error message will appear
