Unable to uninstall an instance | media location issues?

  Hey all,

  Attempting to clean up some old environments. They were cloned + saw in place upgrades. Two machines, both failing to remove a SQL instance + SSRS.

  One keeps prompting for file location of some the files; whereas the other does not. The original location for the media is long since gone, but I pulled down and extract an 2014 standard install and guided the one at that folder per file, and still didn't help.

  I've attached both logs. Any help is appreciated!

  Error installing SQL Server Database Engine Services Instance Features
  Fatal error during installation.
  Error code: 1603

  That's fun. Just tried a repair and blew up with: "SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:C:\Windows\Installer\d04dd640.msi.".
