The open tran still give me the same spid open
Does this mean this file will grow back again
the mdf file is only 54 mb and log collector run every 30 min

Yes, the log would continue to grow. I do suggest at this point that you restart SQL as soon as convenient, then shrink the log down to say half the size of the data file and see how it goes from there.
