unable to start the job which is scheduled

    from 20th july sql agent stop running scheduled

    jobs. I look in the sql agent log and find:

    [380] Unable to start JobManager thread for job Transaction Log Backup Job for DB Maintenance Plan 'Transaction Log Backup'

    [298] SQLServer Error: 109, [SQLSTATE 08001]

    [298] SQLServer Error: 109, ConnectionOpen (LoadNetlibs()). [SQLSTATE 01000]

    any help will be greatly appreciated...

    Have you check sql service account running either Local System account or user account?
