I am unable to start any item under Protocol Name: Shared Memory, Named Pipes, TCP/IP or VIA all are disabled. I get the following errors: 17120, 17826, 17182, 17663 and 17137.
My system is in a RAID5 array. One of my hard drives crashed. We replaced with the same exact drive. For some reason the RAID5 array software did not rebuild the drive, microsoft chkdsk application did. I can not use the NVIDIA MediaShield Software to rebuild the drive in Bios or when fully up, through the GUI.
The system will boot up, but when I try to log into the SQL Configuration Manager I get Microsoft Error 10061 and ERROR HRESULT E_FAIL COM- - - - Component (mscorlib).
Can someone help me?

I would start with the SQL Server Surface Area Configuration manager and work from a Remote Desktop Connection to the host or at the console directly. Look under Service Area Configuration for Services and Connections. Ensure that the Database Engine service is configured to accept remote connections.
Hope that helps,
Ken

Thank You, but no it will not. I cannot start any MSSQL Services through the Services Applet, all log on as administrator with a password. I tried to shift to local and no change in indications.
