Are you logging onto the domain from the Windows 7 computer, or doing "Run As another user"?

Looking in the event viewer of Windows does it show any other information or error messages?
Obviously it has something to do with your domain account on the computer, since you can run it with a local account. I don't have a Windows 7 box in a domain so I'm only guessing. See if you can run osql or sqlcmd under your domain account. If you receive same error or something similar I would attribute it to user permissions or domain group policy restrictions.
